Gilson Jr. of Braintree, Massachusetts, born in Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Gilson (Sisson); his parents, William Gilson and Edith Gilson (Joudrey); and his son Daniel Gilson. He is survived by: his sons, David Gilson (Susan) of Ellington and Michael Gilson (Lisa) of Old Saybrook; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kevin (Maddie), Patrick, Aidan, Calla and Sawyer; and his brother Paul Gilson (Donna) of South Yarmouth, MA.
Bill was a past president of the Rockville High School Football Booster Club and was very involved in the "Lights On" Foundation which was instrumental in getting lights at the high school athletic field.
