With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Norton of Braintree, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 13, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Norton and Helen C. Norton (Weir). He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Norton (Dowd); his children, William J. Norton, Jr. of Braintree, Kathleen M. Norton of Pembroke and Brian P. Norton of Braintree; and his sister Mary M. "Penny" Bowes (Norton). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Hospice of the South Shore, 30 Reservoir Park Drive, Rockland, MA 02370.
