He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Gray, Sr and Margaret (McNelis); and his brother James Gray. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Gray (Debra) of Nashua, NH, Lynda DuRoss (Daniel) of Rockland, Michael Gray of New York and Beverly Lueder (Klaus) of Raynham; and his brother Donald Gray of Waltham. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
