He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Choharis (Emery); his grandson Christopher Sullivan; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his children, Peter Choharis (Liliana) and Lynne Sullivan; his stepdaughter Patricia Emery (Michael); his grandchildren, Carolyn Molina (Christopher), Alexandra, Helena Choharis, Michael Emery, Jr. and James Emery; and his sister Catherine Choharis. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
