She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas "Sonny" Miller; her parents, Mildred Hicks (Jarvis) and Albert Hicks; and her sister Roberta Bailey. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle O'Leary (Trenton) of Albertville, Minnesota.; her grandchildren, Kylie, Luke, Zoe, Sophia, Isabella and Zaiden; her siblings, Allen Hicks (Joanne), Claire D'Amelio, June DePrimeo (William), Richard Hicks and Ruth Jundzil; and her siblings-in-law, Carole Sacino, James Mercer (Mary), Maureen "Mitzi" Early, Fred Miller (Joanne) and Raymond Miller.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Franny's honor to the Christmas for the Troops, a charity that she helped to create.
