He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Nicolazzo of Brighton and Lea Nicolazzo-Bernstein (Mark) of Brookline; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Cedrone, Matthew Bernstein and Maria Cedrone; his great grandchild Noah Barnes; his brother Nicholas Nicolazzo; and his former wife Ann Grippo.

Frank's family asks that no flowers be sent to the wake. Instead, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452.
