It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Sweeney of Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary C. Sweeney (Melia); and his brother William Sweeney (Dolly) of Halifax. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann McCue (Sweeney) of Brighton and John D. Sweeney (Joan) of Dedham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Shriners Hospital.
