He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Salvidora Diaz and Miguel Rodriguez; his son Jose M. Rodriguez II; his brother Miguel Rodriguez; his stepchildren, Kristin Sullivan, David Goyco, Leah Goyco and Jacqueline Noemi Goyco Diaz; his nieces and nephews, Angel Rodriguez, Miguel (Miggy), Malakai (Kai), Kayanah Whyte, Izaiah and Alex Diaz; and his godchildren, Marianah Luna Gonzalez, David Bonilla and Jessica Malave. He was also cherished by many cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lehman Reen McNamara Funeral Home (63 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton, MA 02135).
