He was predeceased by: his sibling Katherine Kelley; and also Michael R. McCarthy. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis McCarthy (Donovan); his children, MaryEllen White (Joseph) of Needham, Janet Murray (Joseph) of Bedford, NH and Paul N. McCarthy Jr.; his wife Laurie of Narragansett, RI; his siblings, Frances Firmin, Rita McKeown Eleanor Pendleton, Marshall, Russell, William, Albert and Bernadette McCarthy; his grandchildren, Albert III, Paul McCarthy, III, Timothy, Michael, Johanna White, William, Elizabeth and Katherine Murray; and also Bernadette McCarthy of Brighton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
