Cox (Tetreault) of Brimfield; his children, Christopher Cox (Julia) of Brimfield and Cassandra Henderson (Justin); his siblings, Clark Hayward (Gail) of Monson, Anthony Hayward (Carmela) of East Windsor, Ronald Cox of Brimfield, Kimberly Ely (Eugene) of Holland and Katherine Hayward of Southbridge; his grandchildren, Lorelai, Riley, Issac, Skylar and Shalynn; and his brother Jeffrey Hayward. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
