She is survived by: her mother Katie Cassidy (Prime); her stepfather Derek Rushlow of Brimfield; her father Keith Cassidy of Johnston, RI; her brother Cory Cassidy (Penny) of Clarksville, TN; her grandparents, David Prime and Susan Prime of Scituate, RI.; her uncles, Shawn Prime (Sharron) and Colin Prime (Brandy); and her cousins, Xavier, Xander and Mark.
