He is survived by: his spouse Linda Gillis (Spencer); his children, Cathy Powers (Michael) of Stuart, FL, Donna Wolffe (William) of Bridgewater, David Gillis of Orlando, FL and Michael Gillis of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Michael Gillis of Bridgewater and Andrew Gillis of Bridgewater; and his siblings, Robert Gillis (Jeanette) of Halifax, Katie Jane Elliot of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Charles and Mary Gillis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
