She is survived by : her parents, Joseph Bernard Sr. and Tammy Golob; her stepfather Richard Labossiere; her siblings, Felicia Donna-Golob (Christopher Lugo), Tiffany Donna-Golob (Kyle Leroux), Hailey Smith (Jason Smith), Nevaeh Labossiere, Elizabeth Young, Chloe Doherty, Joseph Bernard Jr. (Elizabeth Saez) and Collin Bernard; her nephew Mesiah Lugo; and her nieces, Aliana Lugo and Hazel Giovannangeli. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In 2015 Alexis and her family were blessed with a Disney family vacation given to her by the Make A Wish Foundation, during the trip she surprised her family with how much she enjoyed all the daredevil trill roller coasters.
