He was predeceased by: his parents, Andre A. Poyant and Therese Poyant (Miranda); and his sister Suzanne Poyant. He is survived by: his wife Anita C. Poyant (Ramondetta); his children, Concetta "Connie" Colclough (Chris) and Douglas Poyant; his grandchildren, Kendall, Kylee, Maddox and Nicholas; and his siblings, Philip Poyant (Janet), Daniel Poyant (Shannon), Julian Poyant (Michel), Constance LeComte, Gisele Gonsalves (Steve) and Helene Goudreau (Maurice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
