He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Hopgood; and his sibling Kevin Hopgood. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Hopgood (Rowen); his son Henry Hopgood; and his siblings, Joseph Hopgood (Lorraine), Kathleen Gaudreau (Robert), Virginia Margeson (John), Elizabeth Swain and Jeanne Katz (Ronald MacDonald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
