He is survived by: his spouse Michele D. Scott of Lynn; his child Ashley Lezama (Keith) of Hyde Park; his grandchildren, Kayla Lezama and Chase Lezama; his parent Nancy L. Scott of Hyde Park; his sibling Duane S. Scott of Hyde Park; and his aunts and uncles, Josephine Beals of Hyde Park, Marie Drayton of Milton and Mary Frances Scott of Brighton.
