It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fernanda G. Cortez (Brockton, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Avelino Gomes Fernandes and Adelina Barros Fernandes. She is survived by: her children, Antonio Cortez of Brockton, Giselle Cortez of Brockton and Maria Jesus Cortez; and her stepchildren, Allain Cortez of Quincy, Eucides Cortez of Brockton, Eunice Moumade of New Bedford, Magda Cavacco of Brockton and Euridice Mundy of California. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
