He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Frederick McDermott of Brockton, Mary Jane Asack (George Asack, Jr.) of Bridgewater and Jeffrey McDermott of Brockton; his grandchildren, Alyssa Asack Rawlins (Jason Rawlins), Jillian Asack and Ryan McDermott (Katy McDermott); his great grandchildren, Olivia and Sophie Rawlins; his sister Mary Lou Macrina (George Macrina); his children, Joe, Patty, Paul, Ann and Nancy; his sibling-in-law Patricia Sherman; and his children, Beth, Susan and Melissa.
