Patukonis (Brockton, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 9, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Patukonis. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Ann Patukonis (Gallo) of Brockton; his parent Helen Patukonis (Pechulitis); his children, Robert Patukonis, Kimberly Patukonis and Pamela Brown; his brother Richard Patukonis; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher Loring, Michael (Teresa), Krysta, Skylar Patukonis, Sarah Miller and Eric Bird.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made in George's name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
