He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra; his parents, Dorothy E. Wallis and Harold G. Bolster; and his son Michael Bolster. He is survived by: his children, Darcy Mancusi (Michael) of Bridgewater, MA and Stephen Bolster of O'Fallon, IL; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jackson, Sophia, Stephen, Michaela and Craig.
