It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Smith of Brockton, Massachusetts, born in Groton, Connecticut, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth F. Smith and Patricia Keith (Brown); his grandparents, Marcella and Manuel Brown; and his brother Timothy Keith.
He is survived by : his children, Jesse Smith (Kristen) of Middleborough and Nathan Smith (Lindsey Medeiros) of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Cayla, Hayden, Willow, Wyatt, Jesse, Ryan and Jameson; his siblings, Marcy Smith of Florida, Denise Keith of Florida and Dennis Keith; and his former life partner Linda Santos (Sullivan) of Middleborough.
