He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Curtis and Mary Virginia Curtis (Long); and his brother-in-law Nick Pechilis. He is survived by: his wife Susan C. Curtis (Pechilis); his children, Gina C. Curtis and John M. Curtis (Jessica); his grandchildren, Taylor, Jacoby, Jordan, Nikolas, John and Joseph; his sister Nancy Curtis; his siblings-in-law, Diane Pechilis, Bill Pechilis and Laura Pechilis Arthur; and also Susan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
