She is survived by: her spouse Antonio Veiga; her parent Candida Centeio (Goncalves); her children, Silveiro Veiga of Cabo Verde, Joaquim Veiga of Cabo Verde, Sebastian Veiga of Cabo Verde, Martinho Veiga of Cabo Verde, Veronica Veiga and Joaquina Veiga; her siblings, Lucindo Goncalves of Angola, Toy Goncalves of Cabo Verde, Melia Alves of Cabo Verde and Ines Alves of Cabo Verde; her grandchildren, Joaquin Veiga of Brockton and Cleusa Da Veiga of Brockton; and her great grandchild Edna Barbosa.
