She is survived by: her daughter Heather Nightingale of Brockton; her mother Helen Hayward of Wareham; her sisters, Peggy Davis (Dale Davis) of Bethlehem, Jeanette Ford (Robert Ford) of Brockton, April Nightingale and Shaun Foley of New York; her nieces and nephews, Therese Davis, Matt Brown of Plymouth Ma and Jennifer Davis; her son Hunter Costa of Plymouth Ma; and also, Selena Mead of Brockton Ma, Joe, Dale Davis Jr of New Hampshire, Christopher Davis, Savannah Walter of New Hampshire, Richard Mead, Melissa Mead of Plymouth Ma, Michael Ford of Brockton Ma, Jessica Foley of Wareham Ma, Jonathan Foley of New York and Xander Mead of Brockton Ma.
