He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Lombardi and Ophelia "Val" Lombardi (Gentilucci); his wife Rachel H. Lombardi (Henrikson); his son Matthew J. Lombardi; and his siblings, Geraldine A. Lombardi and John Lombardi.
He is survived by : his son Paul A. Lombardi of Abington; his sister Eileen Lisook (Ira) of Milton; and his sibling-in-law Kim Lombardi of Wareham. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
