He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie Middleton (Cerci); his parent Charles Middleton; and his child Stacy Middleton. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Middleton (Flannery); his children, Craig Middleton (Sherrie) of Brockton, Nicole Pretorius (Richard) of Bridgewater and Darlene Anderson (Joseph) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Alysha Middleton of Fall River, Richard Middleton of Brockton, Nicholas Liolios (Kristen) of Lakeville, Joseph Anderson of Mansfield and William Anderson of Mansfield; his stepgrandchild Johnny Butler; his great grandchildren, Ariyah, Sadie and Cora; and his siblings, Frank Middleton (Ginny) of Orleans and Jane Parish (Timothy) of Buzzards Bay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
