He was predeceased by: his grandparent Lorraine Perkins; and also William J. Grace. He is survived by: his parents, Robin A. Carey of Middleboro and Howard Perkins of East Bridgewater; his wife Lisa; his child Scott D. Perkins; his siblings, Lindsay N. Perkins of Middleboro and Tayla K. Connolly of Middleboro; his grandparents, Robert Carey, Marilyn Carey of Middleboro, Richard Grace and Patricia Grace of Wareham; and also, Scottie and Anderson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
