He was predeceased by: his parents, Piotr Grodecki and Petronela Grodecki; and his sibling Bronislaw Grodecki. He is survived by: his wife Helena Grodecki (Zolnowska); his children, Krzysztof Grodecki (Jolanta, Zbigniew Grodecki) and Danuta Kwiatkowski (Janusz); his grandchildren, Anna, Piotr, Ewelina, Przemystaw, Slawomir and Nicole; and his siblings, Josephine Rudnicki, Anna Grodecki and Bronislaw Rudnicki. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
