She is survived by: her husband Joseph Cleggett; her sister Deborah (Larry Turner) of Oxford; her children, Tammy DeCell-Johnson of Brookfield, Craig DeCell of Warren, Alana Collette (Jody Bennett) of Brookfield, Matthew DeCell (Jamie DeCell) of Brookfield, Jennifer (Donald Parker) of Brookfield and Ryan DeCell of Brookfield; her adoptive son Ricky Harkins of Brookfield; her daughter-in-law Monica DeCell of Brookfield; her grandchildren, Amanda (Jon), Coty (Alicia), Ashley, Brittany (Moses), Morgan (Cody), Kirsten (Elliot), Mikayla, Alicia, Kyle, Daniel, Deanna, Sarah, Wyatt, Caydie, Chloe, Colton and Noah; her great grandchildren, Maddie, Jayden, Gabriel, Jordon, Kacie, Maisy, Sawyer, Lucas, Harper, Greyson, Weston, Stella, Raiya and CJ; and her pet Ralphie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the St. Jude Children's research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
