He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ethel (Hager); his children, Chuck (Gail) of Narragansett, RI and Donna Marie Elliott (Richard F. Jr.) of Bedford; his grandsons, Matthew and David Sullivan; and his siblings, Edward Sullivan and Edna Carroll.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Charlie's name may be made to St. Barbara's Church, 138 Cambridge Road, Woburn, MA 01801.
