He is survived by: his children, David and Jacqueline (Jackie); his daughters-in-law, Kristen and Sharon; his grandchildren, Charlie, Sasha, Alex, Leo and Oliver; and his siblings, Bill Jacobson of Los Gatos, CA and Judy Hoffman of Portland, OR.
