It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gay Lynn Cartier (Cambridge, Massachusetts), born in Amesbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Goodrich and Lois Goodrich; her brother George (Denny); her daughter Amber Aquaro (Cartier); her daughter-in-law Jessica Cartier (Ravizza); and her father-in-law Gilbert R Cartier.
She is survived by: her husband Mark; her sons, Chad and Cory; her children-in-law, Kristina, Lauren and Murphy Aquaro; her grandchildren, Molli, Marley and Emery; her mother-in-law Mary R. Cartier; her brothers, Gene and Gregg; and her sisters-in-law, Michele and Diane. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers, and neighbors.
After overcoming metastatic breast cancer during the Covid pandemic in 2020, her next battle was with severe pulmonary hypertension which she fought with grace, all while selflessly providing home care for her disabled mother-in-law.
