She is survived by: her children, Richard Lukas, Ronald Lukas (Donna Kelly), Robin Lukas, Rhonda Novak (Scott) and Regina Lukas; and her brothers, Charles Affannato (Ann), George Affannato and Anthony Affannato. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 deceased grandchild.
