She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Leikhim, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, John (Patricia), William (Catherine) and Paul; her grandchildren, Katie, Jeffrey, Christopher (Lindsey) and Laura (David Von Ohlen); her great grandchild Adelaide; her sister Anna Wegrzynowicz; and also Addy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Church, Building Fund.
