She is survived by: her spouse Frederick R. Levy; her children, Jocelyn O'Shea and Bethany O'Shea (Trey Straussberger); her stepdaughters, Margaret Levy (Kyler Turner) and Joanna Levy; and her siblings, Bruce Perlstein and Neal Perlstein (Enrica).
