She is survived by : her spouse Ramendra Nath Chatterjee; her brother D. Sanyal; her daughters, Pia Chatterjee and Sharmila Chatterjee Kassam (Mona); her grandchildren, Riki Nath Szyld, Lila Szyld, Shaan Chatterjee Kassam and Samir Kassam; and her friends, Banaras and India.

The family asks donations to be sent in honor and memory of Mrs. Krishna Chatterjee to CHA Foundation (https: //http://www.challiance.org) in lieu of flowers for their exceptional care of her when she was fighting cancer.
