He was predeceased by: his son Robert L. Cusolito. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannine C. Maguire (Tom) of Yarmouth Port, MA, Pompano, Christine C. "Tina" Mosca (Stephen) of Belmont and Bass; and his brother Richard of Rochester, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to: Mount Auburn Auxiliary or Hematology/Oncology Department at Mount Auburn both at 330 Mt. Auburn St., Cambridge, MA 02138.
