With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Josephine (Martell) Colosimo (Cambridge, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 7, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Colosimo; her son Anthony Colosimo; her granddaughter Kathleen Shruhan; and her sister Katherine Cooney. She is survived by: her great grandchild Celina; her children, Deborah Shruhan (Michael) of Wrentham, Joan Short (Douglas) of Medford, Nancy Rizza (Anthony) of Swampscott and Edward Colosimo (Catherine) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Michael Shruhan, Matthew Shruhan (Megha), Caroline Shruhan, Harrison Short, Elizabeth Short, Samantha Rizza (Daniel Julian), Jane Rizza, Christopher Colosimo (Mariel), Sarah Colosimo and Emily Colosimo; and her siblings, Virginia O'Donnell of Reading, Theresa Fitzgerald of Groveland, John Martell (Eleanor) of Waltham, George "Buster" Martell of Methuen, Ann Martell, Joseph Martell and Thomas "Jimmy" Martell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
