With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick J. Fleming (Cambridge, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 27, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Richard of Medford, Mary Ellen Hand (John) of England, Anna Buckley (Fleming) of Quincy, John Joe (Barbara) of Braintree, Elizabeth Aylott (Fleming), Brendan (Bridget) of Canton and Michael (Maureen) of Braintree; and his friend Peter Fosdick of Cambridge. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family sincerely requests that donations be made in Patrick's name to the Cambridge Health Alliance Foundation, 1493 Cambridge St., Cambridge, MA 02139.
