It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Vera (Cambridge, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Vera, Sr.; her son Henry Vera, Jr.; and her brother William (Ruth Tracy). She is survived by: her children, Maryellen (Pat Carvello) and James Vera; her grandchildren, Nicolas Carvello, Stacy, Michael, Jannell, Michelle, Joseph Vera and Nicholas Carvello; her great grandchildren, Jamie and Derek Rodrigues; her sister Florence "Flossie" Pilleri; and also, Phyllis "Dilla" and Tracy Vera. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
