He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Atkins and Ellen C. Atkins (Lane); and his sibling Thomas Atkins. He is survived by: his pet Albert; his close friend Cape Cod Canal; his daughter Ashley Pelton (Michael) of Brockton; his siblings, Patricia Curley of Quincy and William Atkins of Brockton; and his grandson Dylan Pelton of Brockton.
