She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Machlin; her parents, Harry Waitz and Gertrude Waitz (Kittner); and her siblings, Esther Schwartz (Waitz), Dorothy Shapiro (Waitz), Irving Waitz, Paul Waitz and Judith Waitz.
She is survived by: her son Barry Machlin (Beth); her grandchildren, Jordan, Noah and Isabel Machlin; and her siblings, Ruth Waitz, Morris Waitz and Fran Kalman (Waitz). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
