He was predeceased by: his father Elburt P. Fletcher. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Earls; his children, Kristin R. Terpko (Christopher J. Terpko) of Shrewsbury, MA and Adam P. Fletcher (Deborah Simmons Fletcher) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Aaron R. Terpko, Celia G. Fletcher, Grace M. Fletcher and Ethan E. Fletcher; his brother Steven P. Fletcher (Michael L. Lubetkin) of Tulum, Mexico; and his former spouse Michele Conway of Northborough, MA..
