Laferte D. of Canton, Massachusetts, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Laferte and Mary Jane Laferte (Dube); his granddaughter Gina; and his sister Claudette Lamy. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine M. Laferte (Gallant); his children, Wayne M. Laferte (Susan) of Stoughton, Steven M. Laferte (Alexandra) of Plymouth, Michelle J. Murphy (William) of Canton and Kathryn A. Berardi (Russell) of Easton; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Sasha, Alexa, Olivia, Julia, Eric, Douglas and Lauren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
