With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean E. Forni of Carver, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean E. Forni to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene K. Baker and Alberta Baker (Brown); and her husband Ralph M. Forni. She is survived by : her children, Joanne M. Sweeney (Edward) of Florida, Kathryn J. King (Gilbert) of Wareham, Ralph M. Forni, Jr. (Fatima) of Westport, Susan E. Gaspar (Charles) of Dartmouth and Melissa E. Villanueva (Joe Fernandes) of Dartmouth; and her sister Phoebe Sherman of Wareham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to: First Congregational Church 11 Gibbs Ave, Wareham, MA 02571 or the American Cancer Society.
