She was predeceased by : her husband Norman H. Midwood; her son James F. Midwood of Longview; and her brother Edgar P. Vernon of Clearwater, FL.. She is survived by : her grandson Cary B. Midwood (Lauren Midwood) of Eugene, OR; her daughter-in-law Denison C. Midwood of Longview, WA; and her nephews, Charles, William and Robert Vernon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marcia's name may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hyannis, 486 Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601, or Hope Hospice of Cape Cod, 765 Attucks Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
