It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald F. McIntosh Jr. of Charlestown, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellen L. McIntosh (O'Brien) and Gerald F. "Jerry" McIntosh; and his close friend Debbie Galvin. He is survived by : his siblings, Annemarie Chaisson, William McIntosh III (Susan), Susan McIntosh and Ellen Fullam.
