Veronica D. Fournier Sloat Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Veronica D. Fournier Sloat of Charlton, Massachusetts, born in Sutton, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sr. Clemmey and Mae Clemmey (Brown); her siblings, Margie Brown, Marlin Longo, Thomas "Buddy" Clemmey and Paul Clemmey; her nephew Chipper Brown; and her niece Linda Barriere (Karen Moore).
She is survived by: her sons, Pat Fournier, Scott Fournier of Hollywood Beach, FL, Alan Fournier of Charlton, Jamie Fournier (Erin) of Spencer, Thomas Fournier (Cindy) of Sutton and Jack Sloat of Charlton; her grandchildren, Korey, Nathan, Kylii, Victoria, Cody, Carly Mae, Melody and Arabella; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Sophia, Sequioa, Dakota and Laylah. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rice Funeral Home (300 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01609). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. John's Cemetery - Worcester Ma (260 Cambridge St, Worcester, MA 01603).
Due to the tremendous care and passion from the nurses and PCAs on Floor 2 at Harrington Hospital during our mother's stay, the family wishes donations to be in their honor to the Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).
