It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances O'Neill of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband William O'Neill; her parents, George Shaw and Jean Shaw (Arnott); and her sister Allison Craig. She is survived by : her daughter Linda O'Neill of Chelmsford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
