She was predeceased by: her siblings, Alfonsina Caraballo, Emelanio Caraballo, Ignacio Caraballo and Georgina Gonzalez; and her parents, Felicita Caraballo (Ramos) and Marcelino Caraballo.

She is survived by: her spouse Angel Luis Diaz; her son Miguel A. Diaz; her grandchildren, Micaela, Tianna, Gabriela, Joey, Tatiana, Jerika, Jordan, Lizandra, Leticia, Michael Angelo, Marcus, Glynnis, Julio Cesar, Alex, Jaqueline, Heriberto, Reinaldo, Raymond, Ruben, Luis Miguel, Marcelino, Reggie, Jaritza, Yara, Omar and Elizabeth; her sisters, Ana Caraballo of Chelsea, MA and Mary Torres of Carolina, PR; and her daughter Sonia. She is also survived by many loving great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
